Short Abstract:
This course will discuss the impact of burnout in the healthcare industry and on patient outcomes based on available research. We will present how OT practitioners can address and advocate for resources to address the impact burnout has on physical and mental health of healthcare providers.

- Participants will identify and recognize signs of burnout.
- Participants will demonstrate individual approaches to address burnout.
